Bernard's will is on file in Ebensburg--he was married three times Bernard Litzinger (1810-died before Feb. 11, 1876) was married three times: Barbara Baum (died about 1824), l son, Peter Litzinger (b. Sep. 11, 1824). 2nd: Honoria Nagle (d. before 1850), seven children - Mary Ann (bp. 4-11-1825), John (b. 12-19-1825), Catherine (b. 9-22-1827), Ann (b. 8-18-1829), Michael (b. 10-16-1831), Margaret (b. 4-25-1834), Eveline Ann (b. 4-30-1837). 3rd: Roselia (Rosella), 8 more children (Joseph C., Eliza J., Simon, Bernard, Thomas, Henry, Catharine, Mary Ellen) from 1852-1870. On the 1850 census, the children are farmed out around the Washington Twp. area - Bernard living with his mother, Elizabeth Meyers, and his sister, Elizabeth and brother, Peter.
